Delete your feedwisely account

You can delete your feedwisely account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open feedwisely and tap More.
2. Tap Account & Data Deletion, then Delete account.
3. Confirm with your Google account or your password.

Your account is deleted straight away and you're logged out.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@feedwisely.com from the email address you use to log in, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We'll reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and login.
• Everything you logged: foods, meals, weigh-ins, goals, targets and check-ins.
• Your settings and consent records.
• The records that our providers keep for your account, such as your subscription status at RevenueCat and app usage data at PostHog.

Everything is removed within 30 days of your request. Some records may stay for a limited time where the law requires it, and Google Play keeps its own order records for purchases.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store first: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › feedwisely › Cancel subscription.
