Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
feedwisely subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. This page explains how cancelling and refunds work. It follows section 4 and section 11 of our Terms of Service; if anything here seems to differ, the Terms apply.
Plans and free trial
- feedwisely is a subscription: Monthly or Yearly, offered in the United States and India. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you subscribe, in your local currency (US dollars in the United States, Indian rupees in India) with taxes included or added as Google Play applies them where you live. See the current prices on our home page.
- If you're eligible, your plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Each person gets one free trial in total, across both plans; Google Play decides who is eligible.
- When the trial ends, Google Play charges the plan's price unless you cancel before then. The app shows the date the trial ends and the price that follows before you start.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month or each year) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payment is charged to the payment method on your Google Play account. If the price of your plan changes, we and Google Play tell you before the new price applies, as section 4 of the Terms explains.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- Open the Play Store on your Android phone.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- Choose feedwisely and tap Cancel subscription.
You can also reach your feedwisely subscription in Google Play from the app: More › Subscription › Manage in Google Play.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for (or until your free trial ends), and you won't be charged again. To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends.
Deleting your feedwisely account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel in Google Play first, then delete your account (see Delete your account).
Refunds
- Google Play handles refunds under its own refund policies. You can ask Google Play for a refund from Payments & subscriptions in the Play Store, or at play.google.com. Google Play's refund policy sets the time limits for asking.
- You can also email us at support@feedwisely.com about a charge, with the email address you use in feedwisely and the date of the charge. We'll review your request and reply. This doesn't promise a refund, except where the cases below or the law say otherwise.
- If we end your access without cause (that is, not because you broke the Terms) while you have a prepaid Yearly subscription, we'll refund the unused full months.
- If we stop offering feedwisely, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead in the app or by email, and refund the unused full months of a prepaid Yearly subscription.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't by itself refund the current period, which stays active until it ends.
- Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including, in India, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it.
Payment problems
If a renewal payment fails, Google Play may keep trying for a while, and the app will ask you to fix your payment in Google Play. If the payment isn't fixed, your access ends. You can subscribe again at any time.
Delivery
feedwisely is a digital service. Access starts as soon as Google Play confirms your purchase or free trial; nothing is shipped.
